Our client, a leading global brand, is seeking a Director of Real Estate to drive their expansion in Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing the identification, selection, and securing of prime real estate to ensure business growth and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Business Planning Input:
- Contribute and participate in the development of the development plans to ensure that all targets are met within or ahead of the set time frames
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive departmental annual plan and budgets
- Manage allocated annual departmental budget by controlling expenditures
- Develop, implement, and monitor objectives and KPI’s that are aligned with business goals
- Study and analyze positive and negative deviations and suggest solutions to improve performance and results
- Develop, monitor and implement departmental policies and procedure
Market Analysis & Feasibility Studies
- Manage and monitor the market research process for targeted key locations in line with expansion plans
- Utilize all available market data, systems, and tools to identify overall market potential, trade areas, and prime locations
- Develop and manage the Profit and Loss model for all potential new sites in collaboration with concerned management
People Management
- Generate commitment, motivation and enthusiasm for the department and the company
- Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of the department
- Plan, manage and review individual performance and provide regular feedback, development opportunities and coaching, taking prompt action where necessary
- Provide opportunities for department members to suggest, participate and contribute to improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing initiatives
- Ensure department employees comply with company’s policies and processes, practices and systems, and maintain high standard of work and ethics
Qualification
- 8 to1 0 years experience in a related field with at least 4 years experience in a leadership role
- Excellent knowledge in Gulf Real Estate market, experience in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Economics / Engineering
- Excellent Communication in Arabic and English
