Position Summary: We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to expand our client base and significantly contribute to revenue growth in UAE. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, who is passionate about the recruitment industry and excels at building strong, lasting client relationships. The Sales Representative will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiating and closing deals for our comprehensive recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development:Identify, research, and proactively target potential new client companies in Dubai across various industries.
- Generate new leads through calling, email campaigns, networking, social selling (e.g., LinkedIn), and industry events.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients’ specific recruitment needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their talent needs.
- Understand client business models, hiring challenges, and organizational cultures to effectively position CFI Global Talent’s services.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
- Sales Process Management:Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
- Accurately maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) records with all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales performance against targets.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Market Intelligence:Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the Dubai recruitment landscape.
- Leverage market insights to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Communication & Collaboration:Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills in all interactions with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
- Work effectively in a team environment, sharing best practices and contributing to a positive sales culture.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable success in B2B sales, with a strong preference for experience within the HR, recruitment, HR solutions, or professional services industry.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and drive new client acquisition.
- Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and professionally (Arabic is an advantage)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and business landscape is a significant advantage.
